Ostateczna zawartość płyty to: "The Blessed Dead", "Execration Text", "Sarcophagus", "Kheftiu Asar Butchiu", "Unas Slayer of the Gods", "Churning the Maelstrom", "I Whisper in the Ear of the Dead", "Wind of Horus" i czteroczęściowy "In Their Darkened Shrines" składający się z: "I. Hall of Saurian Entombment", "II. Invocation to Seditious Heresy", "III. Destruction of the Temple of the Enemies of Ra" oraz "IV. Ruins". Album ukaże się w Europie 2 września nakładem Relapse Records.

6 czerwca Nile wyrusza w roli headlinera na długą amerykańską trasę promującą "In Their Darkened Shrines", na której wspierać go będą Arch Enemy, Hate Eternal i Origin.
